We are committed to providing for disabled people in the Trust. As a registered ‘two tick - positive about disabled people’ employer we have made a firm commitment to actively improving our approach to the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.
Last year we surveyed the experience of disability at the Trust. We want to make this an annual event so that we can assess improvements and see what more needs to be done.
